Photos of China.
These are a little late in being posted. As all of you who read my other journal know I visited China in November/December last year. It was very cold, below freezing in fact, but very beautiful. I went to Shanghai, Beijing and Xian. We visited the Great Wall of China, the Terracotta Army, saw a performance at the Peking opera, visited the Summer Palace, Tiannemen Square, the Wild Goose Pagoda, the Temple of Heaven, the Ming Tombs and more Buddhist temples than you could shake a stick at!
I've added some photos above. I took over 1,500 but I'll let you off seeing all of them!
I hope you like the selection I picked out to show you, I'm surprised AOL would download them, so many of you have been having trouble getting the pics on journals recently.

The photos are wonderful. I love the artwork. Yes, I have heard there are so many temples. In fact, I've seen pictures of perhaps hundreds. Just beautiful.

I remember many of those shots from your other journal. Such a wonderful trip, I'm glad you have all those photos to remember it by. 1,500...wow, I only shoot about 2,000 a year, you did nearly that on one vacation.

Great pictures, I love the arial views. Linda owned by Gabi in Washington
Beautiful pictures. I lived in Hong Kong for a few years and was fortunate enough to travel to the mainland. I've never been to Beijing in the winter. Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
Looks like you had some great photo opportunities.

For some strange reason, I can't see your latest pictures. All the others are clearly visible. Very odd!
